If you are dissatisfied from your purchase, you are entitled to request a refund or exchange. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Reloy is able to refund merchandise purchases within 14 days of delivery. After the 14 days, we can offer you store credit if the items are returned within 28 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and it must include all the tags and the original packaging.
Products such as gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days from the approval.
Any item deemed unsuitable for return due to different packaging, misuse, alterations or damage will not be accepted by Reloy and will be returned to the customer, at his expenses.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first make sure to double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some processing time before your refund becomes officially available. If you have followed all these steps and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange the items you purchased for a different size or color, please contact us. You may be required to pay duties, taxes and other applicable fees during the exchange process, and said exchange depends on the available stock at Reloy.
A product may only be exchanged for a product of the same, or lesser, value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, a return must be made and we will issue a full refund. You are able to place a new order for the correct item at your own convenience.
If your item is defective or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, please e-mail us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item. After our approval, please send your item to: Via Marconi 3, Novafeltria, (RN), 47863, Italy.
The exchange process can take up to 30 days. In the event of a defective product or shipment, we will cover the shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note that for returns or refunds, the shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. The buyer must use trackable shipping services and inform Reloy with the tracking number.
