Can I have a customer account?

You can create a customer account to keep track of all your orders. Of course, you can also order without having a customer account. If you have further questions about your account, please contact us via our contact form.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and we accept PayPal payments, too. All prices are listed in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, INR, JPY, and GBP, for your review. Please not that since our company is based in Italy, all orders will be processed in EUR. 

Credit Card - Feel free to pay with your credit card in our online shop. Our payment provider Stripe ensures a convenient and safe payment process directly in the check-out process. Only after your order is completed we will charge your credit card.

PayPal - To be able to pay via Paypal you will need a free Paypal account. If you want to pay your order via Paypal, you will be forwarded to Paypal and asked to log in your account or register yourself. Now just select the desired payment method (Paypal balance, debit or credit card) and confirm the payment. After that we will receive a confirmation from Paypal and ship your goods as soon as possible.

 

Do your prices include taxes? 

By default, product prices are EU, VAT inclusive for the EU countries. They might be subject to further taxes and duties for all destinations outside the EU.

 

Where can I redeem my discount?

You can redeem your discount at the end of your order (in “shopping cart”) by entering the promo code in the “Promotion” field. Only one code can be redeemed for each order. If you have several codes and would like to combine them, please use our contact form and reach out to our service crew.

 

How long does it typically take to receive an order?

The order usually needs a processing time of 3 to 4 working days before being shipped. Then, it is delivered within 1 to 4 working days, using UPS express delivery service. However, shipping may take longer than 4 days depending on national customs regulations. Reloy Srls is not responsible for any delays cause by these procedures.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

 

Can I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If you have submitted the order but it has not been shipped yet, there is the possibility to cancel your order. If the order has already shipped, you can of course make use of your right of revocation and send the products back to us. Only once the package has returned to our warehouse, will we be able to process the cancellation.

 

What is your refund policy? 

Reloy Srls will refund merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in its original packaging and there are no signs of use or misuse. Eligible returns must be sent via trackable mail; otherwise the buyer takes the responsibility in case the item is lost. After all the requirements are met, we will refund you the amount you paid for the order. For more information, please read our Refund Policy section.
